Cancellation Policy:
All cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before your scheduled treatment to avoid any additional charges. Failure to provide 48 hours’ notice will result in a £30 cancellation fee, or the full treatment cost will be forfeited.
Cancellations can only be made in writing, either via email or another written form of communication.
