No Return or Refund Policy
At Derma Solution, we are committed to providing high-quality skincare treatments and services. However, due to the nature of our services, we do not offer returns or refunds on treatments, packages, or products purchased. This policy is in line with UK consumer protection laws, which do not require refunds for services or products.
Coupons / Voucher / Promotions
Coupons / Vouchers / Promotions purchased at the clinic are NOT refundable.
Products
All products purchased at the clinic can neither be refunded nor exchanged, due to hygiene and safety.
Cancelation Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled treatment to avoid any charges.
Failure to provide 48 hours’ notice will result in the treatment being forfeited.
If you wish to reschedule after a missed appointment, a 50% charge of the treatment value will apply to recover the booking. Otherwise, the full treatment cost will be forfeited.
All cancellations must be made in writing via email only to info@dermasolution.uk to ensure clear communication and avoid any misunderstandings.
